MEMSORS will focus on capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers with targeted application on medical imaging (ultrasound transducer and array) to demonstrate the capabilities of the developed technologies through the following products:

High frequency linear 1D and 1.5 D arrays for superficial and vascular imaging |

1D phased arrays for endoesophageal probes |

High performance single-element transducers |
These technologies could also be enhanced in more specific applications such as microfluidics devices and address solutions for acoustic sensors in density, viscosimetry and physical sensing.
