Target Products
MEMSORS will focus on capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers with targeted application on medical imaging (ultrasound transducer and array) to demonstrate the capabilities of the developed technologies through the following products:
- Intracardiac catheter disposable ultrasound arrays
- High frequency linear 1D and 1.5 D arrays for superficial and vascular imaging
- 1D phased arrays for endoesophageal probes
- High performance single-element transducers
These technologies could also be enhanced in more specific applications such as microfluidics devices and address solutions for acoustic sensors in density, viscosimetry and physical sensing.
